On a Wednesday evening in February 2015, the life of James Williams was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. At approximately 7:08 p.m. on February 11th, police responded to a call in the 3900 block of West Garrison Avenue. There, they discovered Mr. Williams suffering from one or more gunshot wounds.
