On the evening of January 16, 2021, a burst of gunfire shattered the night in the 4100 block of Frederick Avenue in Southwest Baltimore, claiming the life of Markeese Stanford. A 21-year-old Black male, Stanford was found by police suffering from gunshot wounds.
