Colin Gardner Jr., 54, a man from Baltimore, was killed on August 15, 2018, in the Penn North area of the city, when an afternoon shooting on Woodbrook Avenue turned fatal.
Just before 2 p.m., police rushed to the 2500 block of Woodbrook Avenue after reports of gunfire. When officers arrived, they found Gardner suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a nearby hospital, but the injuries were too severe; he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving.
