On a cold Christmas Eve in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of 37-year-old Maurice Day, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On the morning of December 24, 2020, at approximately 11:20 a.m., he was discovered on the 2000 block of Robb Street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency services transported him to Johns Hopkins Hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
