In the afternoon hours of a Thursday in Baltimore, the life of James Ellerbe was tragically cut short. On December 10, 2020, in the 3000 block of East Madison Street, the 24-year-old Black male was shot. Police were alerted to the incident by a Shot Spotter notification at approximately 4:26 p.m.
