In the summer of 2020, Donte N. Smith, a 38-year-old man from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life in an act of gun violence. On the evening of June 24th, Smith was in the 2700 block of West Cold Spring Lane in the city's Park Circle neighborhood when he was shot.
