Kwasi Omatayo Louard-Clark, aged 34, tragically lost his life on June 15, 2020, in Waldorf, Maryland. The incident occurred in the 2400 block of Shawnee Lane, where officers responded to a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Louard-Clark deceased from numerous gunshot wounds.
