On a December evening in 2017, a young man’s life was abruptly cut short in a residential Waldorf neighborhood. Cameron Marcel Townsend, an 18-year-old male from Brandywine, was found suffering from several gunshot wounds in the intersection of Holly Avenue and Spruce Street on December 14th.
