In the late hours of a spring evening in Baltimore, Maryland, the lives of two young men were tragically cut short. On May 28, 2020, 21-year-old Oz Shiheed Tatum, a Black male, was fatally shot in a double homicide. The incident also claimed the life of his friend, 19-year-old Aaron James Sutton.
