In the late hours of May 7, 2020, tragedy struck in the East Baltimore neighborhood of Midway-Coldstream, forever altering the lives of Troy Shelton's loved ones. Shelton, a 49-year-old Black male, was found having sustained a gunshot wound in the 2100 block of Aiken Street.
