On a Monday morning in East Baltimore, the life of 21-year-old Dontrell Toliver was tragically cut short. Around 9:30 a.m. on April 6, 2020, Toliver was on the 400 block of N. Montford Avenue when he was shot multiple times. First responders found him at the corner of North Montford Avenue and Jefferson Street with gunshot wounds to his arm, legs, and torso.
