In the winter of 2020, a young man's life was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore. Devin Henson, a 26-year-old male, was found deceased on the afternoon of February 10th. The discovery was made at approximately 1:06 p.m. in the 800 block of West Lexington Street.
