On a cold winter night in Baltimore, the evening of December 30, 2019, turned tragic for three men, including 33-year-old Ronald Carroll, a Black male. Police were called to a home in the 500 block of East 43rd Street around 10 p.m. where they discovered a grim scene. Inside the residence, Carroll, along with 27-year-old Aulsyn Anderson and 33-year-old Ralston Anderson, had been shot.
