In the early morning hours of December 4, 2019, the sounds of gunfire shattered the pre-dawn stillness in the 600 block of Skipjack Court in Annapolis, Maryland. When the violence subsided, 18-year-old Sandy Dukes Santiago Campos, a male, lay dead, the victim of a fatal shooting. Another teenager, a 15-year-old boy, was also struck by the gunfire, sustaining a leg injury.
