On a late Saturday afternoon in Annapolis, Maryland, the life of 25-year-old Davon Jones, a male resident of Dunkirk, was tragically cut short. On September 3, 2016, at approximately 4:29 p.m., the sound of gunfire echoed through the 800 block of Brooke Court.
