In the early morning hours of August 12, 2019, the life of 28-year-old Drevon Jamal Williams was tragically cut short in what police believe was a targeted attack. The aspiring rap artist was in his bedroom at his home in the 5600 block of Shelbourne Road in Halethorpe, Maryland, when the unthinkable occurred.
