In the summer of 2019, the life of 22-year-old Charles Howard-Ahman Faulk, a Black male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of July 18th, Faulk and another young man, Kali Tyree, also 22, were gunned down in a double shooting in the 5300 block of Maple Avenue in the city's northwest district. Both men sustained life-threatening injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital, but neither survived.
