In the summer of 2019, a young man's life was violently cut short on the streets of Southwest Baltimore. Dwane Harris, a 26-year-old Black male, was found suffering from a gunshot wound to his head on the morning of June 13th. The discovery was made in the 2200 block of Allendale Road, a residential area that became the scene of a tragic and至今unsolved crime.
