In the spring of 2019, the life of 37-year-old Larry Matthews was cut short by gunfire in Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of April 22nd, police were called to the 1700 block of Cliftview Avenue in the city's Darley Park neighborhood. There, they discovered Matthews suffering from a gunshot wound.
