On a cold January afternoon in Baltimore, the cycle of street violence claimed another life. Davonte Robinson, a 26-year-old Black male, was found shot on January 19, 2019, at approximately 4:40 p.m. in the 2500 block of Edgecombe Circle North. His death was ruled a homicide caused by the shooting.
