In the spring of 2018, the life of 26-year-old Deon Garner was tragically cut short on the streets of West Baltimore. On the evening of March 19th, at approximately 10 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting at the intersection of Westwood and Moreland Avenues. Upon their arrival, they discovered Garner suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was a male resident of the 5100 block of Nelson Ave. in Northwest Baltimore.
