In the winter of 2018, the life of 47-year-old James McFadden, a Black male, was tragically cut short in a burst of violence on a Baltimore street. On the afternoon of December 9th, in the 2400 block of Reisterstown Road, McFadden was shot. He succumbed to his injuries the following day, December 10, 2018.
