On a cold December evening in Baltimore, the life of 23-year-old Mark Anthony Pearce Jr. was tragically cut short. On December 3, 2018, Pearce was in the Oliver neighborhood when gunfire erupted. The incident, which occurred on a Monday night, also involved another man who was shot. While both men were victims of the shooting, Pearce succumbed to his injuries.
