In the autumn of 2018, the life of 40-year-old Howard Gibson, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. On November 23rd, Gibson was shot, and he succumbed to his injuries a week later on November 30th, with his body being discovered at 3800 Echodale Avenue. The cause of his death was officially ruled a homicide by shooting.
