In the morning hours of a November day in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of 39-year-old Garnell Bridges Fulton, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On November 19, 2018, at approximately 10:05 AM, Fulton was shot in the 1000 block of Appleton Street.
