On a November evening in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of 26-year-old Nakeya Pearson was tragically cut short. On November 17, 2018, at approximately 9:57 p.m., the sound of gunfire echoed in the 800 block of West Lexington Street. When police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Pearson suffering from gunshot wounds. She was rushed to a nearby hospital, but her injuries proved to be fatal, and she was pronounced dead.
