In a grim discovery on a Friday morning, the body of Antoine Carter, a 37-year-old Black man, was found in an alley in East Baltimore. The date was November 16, 2018, when police responded to a call about an unresponsive person in the 800 block of Luzerne Avenue. There, they found Mr. Carter with a gunshot wound to his head.
