In the spring of 2017, a weekend that should have been marked by celebration turned into a period of mourning for one Baltimore family. Phillip Bradford, a 57-year-old Black man, was found shot on the evening of Saturday, April 15th, in the 800 block of Bridgeview Road. Paramedics who arrived at the scene were unable to save him, and he was pronounced dead from his injuries.
