In the afternoon hours of November 14, 2018, a burst of violence in North Baltimore left one man dead and two others wounded in separate incidents within a half-hour span. Twenty-three-year-old Donyea Holbrook, a Black male, was found by police in the 1100 block of Ramblewood Road with gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
