In the late hours of a Monday night in Baltimore, tragedy struck 28-year-old Leonel Dorian Nana Ngassa. On October 22, 2018, police were called to the 2800 block of Oswego Avenue around 11:45 p.m. for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered a man, later identified as Ngassa, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
