Jerrell Shaw, a 31-year-old man from Baltimore, was shot on the evening of August 22, 2018, in the Edmondson Village area, where the quiet of the 3800 block of Harlem Avenue was broken by gunfire just after 8:00 p.m. Police arrived to find him wounded, suffering gunshot injuries to his body.
