Aaron Michael Wearins, a 34-year-old male, tragically lost his life in a violent encounter that unfolded in the quiet community of Dundalk, Maryland. On the evening of August 27, 2018, he was in the company of 26-year-old Gabrielle Marie Paugh at her home on Wise Avenue when the scene turned deadly. A man, later identified as 37-year-old Tavon Powell, entered the residence and opened fire, striking both Wearins and Paugh.
