In the summer of 2025, a quiet Dundalk, Maryland neighborhood was disrupted by a tragic event that claimed the life of 35-year-old James Francis Skarda IV. On the afternoon of July 7th, police were called to the 8200 block of Bullneck Road following reports of a shooting.
