In the early morning hours of January 19, 2017, the life of 38-year-old Angelo Wheeler was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore. Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 1600 block of Chilton Street at approximately 2:45 a.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Wheeler suffering from gunshot wounds to his body. He was a male. Emergency medical services transported him to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
