In the quiet of a late Sunday afternoon in Northwest Baltimore, tragedy befell 28-year-old Donte Stuckey, a Black male, whose life was violently cut short on March 25, 2018. Around 3:30 p.m., the sounds of gunfire shattered the neighborhood peace in the 5300 block of Denmore Avenue.
