In the winter of 2018, a Baltimore neighborhood was unsettled by a fatal act of violence that claimed the life of Anthony Kenney. On the evening of Sunday, January 28th, the sound of gunfire echoed through the 1500 block of North Appleton Street, leaving a 39-year-old man with fatal injuries.
