In the early afternoon of a winter day, tragedy struck in the city of Baltimore. On January 8, 2018, a young Black man named Daniel Williams had his life cut short at the age of 21. He was found around 12:35 p.m. on the 2600 block of West Patapsco Avenue, suffering from a gunshot wound.
