In the afternoon hours of October 26, 2017, a verbal disagreement between two men in the 4000 block of Bellwood Avenue in Baltimore would tragically escalate to murder. Elijah Johnson, a 31-year-old male, was engaged in an argument with another man, later identified as Devon Richardson.
