In the winter of 2016, a violent gang rivalry playing out on the streets of Baltimore claimed the life of 32-year-old Keith Ramsey. A Black male, Ramsey was fatally shot on the evening of Friday, December 9th, in the 2600 block of Greenmount Avenue.
