In the winter of 2016, a group of people were gathered inside a home on the 6700 block of James Farmer Way in Seat Pleasant, Maryland. Among them was 19-year-old Marcus Fogg of Capitol Heights. The gathering took a tragic turn when a gunshot rang out, striking Fogg.
