In the Forest Park neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland, a residence in the 3400 block of Fairview Avenue became the scene of a tragedy on the afternoon of January 18, 2016. Inside, 42-year-old Keith Vaughan was discovered unresponsive, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound to his body. Police were called to the home just after 4 p.m., and upon their arrival, Mr. Vaughan was pronounced dead at the scene.
