In the affluent Fairwood neighborhood of Bowie, Maryland, the life of 44-year-old David Wayne Williams came to a violent end on July 13, 2011. The male business owner, who operated three laundromats, was found deceased in his home on Livingstone Endeavor Drive, the victim of a fatal shooting.
