On a cool autumn evening in the Lake Arbor community near Bowie, Maryland, the life of 19-year-old Trey Scotland was tragically cut short. On November 4, 2019, at approximately 10:45 p.m., police responded to the 1300 block of Fairlakes Place after reports of a shooting. There, they discovered the young man from Bowie inside a car, suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency services transported him to a local hospital, but his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead a short time later.
