In December of 2010, the life of 28-year-old James Lamont Tinsley was tragically cut short in Laurel, Maryland. On Saturday, the 11th of that month, Tinsley was discovered inside a vehicle, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound. The grim discovery prompted an investigation by the Prince George's County Police into what was quickly determined to be a homicide.
