In the late evening hours of Friday, December 12, 2025, 19-year-old Nathaniel Tarleton was fatally injured in a violent incident in the Barclay neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland. Police officers patrolling the Northern District were alerted to the situation by a ShotSpotter notification, which detected gunfire on the 500 block of East 26th Street. Upon arriving at the scene, first responders discovered Tarleton suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
