Justin Pannell, a 15-year-old resident of Capitol Heights, Maryland, tragically lost his life on September 7, 2010. According to reports, Justin was shot and killed while riding his bicycle in the 6800 block of Central Avenue. The incident occurred around 9 p.m., and he succumbed to his injuries at a hospital the following day.
