On a late autumn morning in Landover, Maryland, the life of 37-year-old Kevin Hardy, a male resident of Palmer Park, was tragically cut short. On November 30, 2006, Hardy was seated in his car when he was fatally shot. The incident, which unfolded around 7:20 a.m. on Greenleaf Road, ended with Hardy’s silver sedan crashing into a parked vehicle as he attempted to drive away after being wounded.
