In the early hours of a January morning in 2017, the life of Louis Aaron Monroe, a 52-year-old man, was tragically cut short on the streets of New Orleans. On either January 7th or 9th, reports vary, officers responded to calls of shots fired at the intersection of Dale and Warfield Street.
