In the early hours of November 1, 2020, a Halloween party on State Street in Rochester, New York, turned tragic, ending in the death of 31-year-old Travis Johnson, a Black male. Gunfire erupted at the gathering, resulting in a double homicide that also claimed the life of Glenn Burden. When Rochester Police arrived at the scene, they discovered Johnson with a gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to Strong Memorial Hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
