In the early morning hours of September 15, 2016, the life of 21-year-old Patrick Williams was tragically cut short in the Tremé neighborhood of New Orleans. At approximately 2:15 a.m., his body was discovered between two houses in the 1400 block of North Robertson Street, having been shot multiple times.
